You are invited to the Annual General and Electoral Assembly of the Cyprus Surgical Society (CSS) for the election of a new Vice President and Board of Directors, to be held on 19 March 2026 at 18:00, at the offices of the Cyprus Medical Association in Nicosia.

In accordance to the Constitution of the Cyprus Surgical Society, those interested in submitting their candidacy for the position of Vice President and members of the Board of Directors of the Cyprus Surgical Society must complete and send the attached Candidacy Submission Form at least 5 days before the Electoral Assembly. Candidacies must be supported by at least 2 full members. The Candidacy Submission Form must be sent by email to the Secretariat of the Cyprus Surgical Society, Keystone Conferences & Events. The right to vote and to stand for election belongs to all Full Members of the Society who have paid their annual subscription up to and including 2026. The annual subscription for Full Members is Fifty Euro (€50.00) and for Associate Members is Twenty Euro (€20.00).

Attached are the Constitution of the Cyprus Surgical Society and the “Application for Registration / Membership Renewal of the Cyprus Surgical Society – Registration Form for the General Assembly 19/3/2026”.

To facilitate the process and to avoid delays in the commencement of the General Assembly proceedings, please:

a) Settle your outstanding annual subscriptions up to and including 2026 before the start of the Assembly proceedings by bank transfer to the Cyprus Surgical Society bank account below. For any clarification regarding the amount of your outstanding subscriptions, please contact the Secretariat of the Cyprus Surgical Society at the above email address and telephone number.

b) Send the proof of payment to the Secretariat of the Cyprus Surgical Society at the above email address (keystone@keystone-conferences.com), and also present the proof of payment upon your arrival and registration at the Assembly.

As part of the Assembly, a seminar on Medical Negligence will be organised, accredited by the Cyprus Medical Association with One (1) CME Unit.
